Memorial Gatherings & Accommodations
Do you need a place for the whole family to stay while you attend a memorial gathering? Or do you need a place to hold a small memorial reception for family, friends, and neighbors?
We welcome family gatherings for reunions, weddings and memorial gatherings.
Our vacation rental home is located in a small, private, quiet residential community located about one mile north of the California Oregon border.
We are a great place to stay for extended family gatherings, since we can sleep up to 12 people in the Lodge and 5 more in our Annex next door. And our recreation room and backyard can be used to hold a small family gathering or small reception after the service.
Here are a few resources you can use for planning a memorial reception.
- In Brookings, you can use the Redwood Memorial Chapel or the Brookings Funeral Home. Locally, there is the W J Ward Memorial Cemetery.
- For flowers, you can use Flora Pacifica, or call Always in Bloom or Brookside Florists.
