Description & Rates

Our three bedroom and two full bath vacation home offers a relaxed country style, from the moose head inspired decor to sampling of our homemade fudge.

Enlarge Photo	Winchuck Master Bedroom Has a king size bed, a private bathroom with a shower tub combo and a 27" color TV with cable and DVD/VCR player.
Enlarge Photo	Chectco River Bedroom Has 2 twin beds and room access to a bathroom with a shower tub combo that is also accessible from the hallway.
Enlarge Photo	Rouge River Bedroom Has 2 twin beds with moose inspired lamps, bed linen and comforters.
Enlarge Photo	Full Modern Kitchen Has a full size refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, bread maker and dinnerware for 12. Our laundry room has a full sized, heavy duty washer, dryer and laundry soap.
Enlarge Photo	Dining Room Seats up to eight and a sliding door provides access to an outdoor wood deck with patio chairs and table.
Enlarge Photo	Living Room Features a 27" color TV with cable and DVD/VCR player. Additional guest sleeping is available on our futon sofa bed.
Enlarge Photo	Recreation Room & Bunk House Guest sleeping is available by placing the four twin size mattresses stored here on the floor. Linens are provided.

Enlarge Photo	Large Private Fenced Backyard Our back yard has a portable BBQ, a picnic area with 2 picnic tables (each seats six) and a small wood & concrete deck.
Enlarge Photo	Boat or RV Parking Next to the Lodge is space to park a boat, camper or RV with water and 120 volt 20 amp electric hookup. Sorry, no sanitary drop.
Enlarge Photo	Extra Tent Camping Space We also have a one third acre grass field you can use for playing, tenting or additional parking for a boat, camper or RV.

 

Moosehead Lodge Annex

If you need additional sleeping accommodations we now offer 2 bedrooms in our Annex next door. Each has a king size bed and full private bath. The Annex (which takes up the entire second story of the home next door) is accessed by an outside entrance from a second story staircase. This is perfect for adults traveling together who would like their own private bedrooms. From the second floor west deck you can glimpse the Pacific ocean through the trees.

    

 

Our Rates

Our rates are based on the number of guests and the length of your stay. Babies and children under two years of age stay free as well as seniors over 90. And, if you rent for 7 days, the 7th night is free.

For our pet guests, we charge $20 per night and allow up to three house trained pets. We also charge additional cleaning fees as listed below and owners are responsible for paying for any damage caused by their pets. See our rental policies for more details.

 

Vacation Home Rates

1 - 5 guests   $150.00 per night
     6 guests   $180.00 per night
     7 guests   $210.00 per night
     8 guests   $240.00 per night
     9 guests   $270.00 per night
   10 guests   $300.00 per night
   11 guests   $330.00 per night
   12 guests   $360.00 per night

We also require a non refundable reservation deposit of 25%, ($300 minimum), and charge a cleaning fee of $75 per stay. Pet guests are charged an additional cleaning fee per stay. See our pet friendly rental policies for more details.

Annex Rates

If you need additional sleeping accommodations our two bedroom Annex Upstairs next door is:

Each guest   $30.00 per night

Each pet       $20.00 per night

We also charge a cleaning fee of $25 per room used per stay and an additional cleaning fee of $50 if we have any pet guests stay at the Annex.
